These are native to the southwestern United States and generally grow at higher elevations but also do well at lower level elevation with good drainage. These trees are slow growers and are hardy to zone 4-5.
Known for the it’s bright tight foliage. This juniper is really healthy and ready to style! Potted in a pond basket and happily growing. Would make a great workshop tree for one of regular guest artists or to bring to a study group for working! The slightly colored foliage in some photos is due to winter conditions and typical to juniper. All mature foliage on this beautiful tree. Ready for styling!
